Check which kind of swap you are attending
Read the organizer’s current rules before packing. A historical example: SONIANDSMI’s June 20–21, 2026 event allowed exchanges with the store, not between customers. TATE’S March 7, 2026 event allowed attendee-to-attendee swaps but prohibited sales. These are past examples, not upcoming event listings. Entry, purchase requirements and permitted trades differ.
Separate “owned”, “wanted” and “willing to trade”
Use the Museum or Snack checklist to check exact names. Then choose which pieces you would actually offer. A duplicate is not automatically available to trade, and a missing style is not automatically wanted. The blank sheet below is separate from your saved collection.
Pack the exact item you described
Write the series, figure, quantity, included parts and visible wear. Protect pieces separately for travel. Check the organizer’s bag and display rules. Leave uncertain condition or authenticity claims unresolved rather than presenting a checklist as certification.
Agree on the specific exchange
Compare the actual figures and included parts together. Describe visible flaws before either person agrees. You can decline any offer; this planner does not set a fair price or guarantee a match. Keep anything you are not ready to trade out of the offered list.
Update your collection afterwards
Record what you actually kept and received in the existing collection tracker. Check quantities there; the blank printed sheet does not change your saved records. Export a JSON backup before clearing browser data or switching devices. A collection PNG is a picture, not a restorable backup.
